WEB Carlton Kaleel Bub Carrington III, born July 21, 2005, is an American basketball player for the Washington Wizards of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Carrington, a Baltimore native, played local AAU ball with Team Melo and attended St. Frances Academy before committing to Pitt.
During a press conference in the GBU Life Campus, Carrington announced that he will enter the 2024 NBA Draft. As a true freshman for the 2023-24 season, Carrington showcased his skills and elevated his game to the next level.
When asked about Carrington's arrival on campus, Pitt head coach Jeff Capel stated, "We knew we had something special in Carlton. His talent and determination were evident from the start."
